Upholding the National Standard for Chaplaincy in America

The Mission of USFCN

  • We believe in the need to ensure all chaplains and recognized faith groups meet uniform moral, spiritual, and professional criteria

  • Safeguard the credibility and accountability of endorsing bodies across Messianic, Catholic, Protestant, and Evangelical traditions.

  • Build a coordinated system linking endorsers, academies, and agencies for responsible chaplain deployment.

  • Uphold the Free Exercise and Establishment Clauses while maintaining the highest ethical standards in ministry.

Chaplains

Caring for the spiritual life and soul of America’s schools and institutions.

We Support

Schools & Institutions

Providing the spiritual life and well-being of our nation’s children and families, they are called to serve.

Endorsers

Sending quality men and women of Christian faith, called to serve as chaplains.

Partnerships

Creating a unified effort grounded in prayer to spiritually transform the schools and institutions of America!

When an organization needs to place a chaplain into a position, USFCN works with the organization to determine the criteria and needs such as the level of chaplain needed, expertise, and identified needs. USFCN then matches the chaplain to the position from their array of chaplains or networks with associated faith groups to fill the need. The chaplain is then placed into the position through the personnel system of the organization while the chaplain maintains a relationship with the Ecclesiastical Endorser and USFCN.
