USFCN is committed to excellence in chaplaincy integration. Steps will be taken to measure the impact and effectiveness, guide improvement, and ensure accountability. Chaplaincy outcomes will be assessed through clear and measurable outcomes, including reductions in suicide ideation and loss of life, improved mental health, healthier relational outcomes, ethical moral reasoning, overall healthier spiritual culture and communities. These milestones represent the United States Family Chaplaincy Network’s commitment to bringing hope, healing, and holistic health to the Nation’s families and communities. Through collaboration, faith inspired, and biblically grounded delivery of chaplains and coaches, we will continue to grow this mission to fundamentally spiritually transform and strengthen culture for present and future generations to come.
